Valtori aims to integrate and standardise all services, along with the associated service management processes and technologies.

Operations and services are developed in conformity with the principles under ISO/IEC 20000 quality standard.

The ISO/IEC 20000 quality standard is based on ITIL processes that are developed especially for the purposes of IT services management. The standard seeks to promote the production of cost-effective, high-quality IT services which are based on integrated and efficient processes.
